PUNIT SETHI has a career spanning almost two decades.  He has a strong belief in the collaborative design process and is dedicated to establishing and maintaining the project vision from design concept to its implementation.

Punit studied architecture at SPA New Delhi.  A multi-faceted individual,  he was  involved with architectural journalism as Editor of Newsletter of The Indian Institute of Architects and is aptly connected with next generation of architects while teaching architecture at the under graduate level.

Punit was the founder partner of Vastuki Consultants, New Delhi, since its inception in 1990 and was a Director of Vastuki Consultants Pvt. Ltd.  wherein he has designed and executed projects of a wide variety including hospitals, housing, institutional, recreational, commercial,  industrial and residential buildings as well as a wide range of commercial and residential interiors.  He has had the privilege of winning architectural competitions as well.  Some of the major clients have been Avas Vikas Sansthan, Avas Vikas Limited, Rajasthan Housing Board, Bank of Rajasthan, Indian Overseas Bank, Shree Sanwaliyaji Mandir Mandal, J.M Baxi Group and some renowned industrial houses.

Punit is registered with Council of Architecture and is a Fellow Member of The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). As an active member of IIA, he has participated in seminars and conferences all over the country and has represented IIA at the World Architecture Congress at Istanbul in 2005. He has traveled to various parts of the world.

VIPIN KUMAR has worked as an Architect, Designer for nearly two decades in almost all fields connected to the built environment, from Design to Finish.

Having graduated from the SPA New Delhi Vipin's career started with winning 2 prestigious architectural competitions of the early 90's, viz. Dr B.R. Ambedkar University at Lucknow and Vanijya Kunj in Gurgaon. Thereafter, since 1990, he has worked on various design and development projects ranging from Industrial, Residential, Interiors and as a Consultant to Banks and large Indian Public Financial Institutions.
 
Vipin has been actively involved in Green Buildings and Low Cost Technologies. His association with The Laurie Baker Building Centre and with his vast experience he is now translating it into Green buildings for the masses and even for the classes.

As a Director of The Portfolio Developers Private Limited, New Delhi he was involved in the Successful Design and Development of various Building projects in the National Capital Region.

Vipin is registered with Council of Architecture, is an Associate Member of The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA)and Fellow of Indian Institute of Valuers.
